Apparently in perfect condition. The packaging arrived crumpled and with the items jumping out, but from what I saw in the other reviews this is common and did not affect the product. In the first test everything OK, working perfectly. Installation/assembly is very easy, the app is simple and quick to learn to use. The quality of the light is sensational, especially when taking into account the price that was paid. You can control the intensity, change the colors, choose the animation, turn on/off, and much more, all through the app. The model I bought comes with the remote but it comes without the battery, so if you choose to use it instead of the mobile phone app you need to buy the battery part. I think it was very worthwhile and would buy it again. OBS: This evaluation is based on 1 quick test when I did the unboxing of the product, it has not yet been installed and I do not know if the quality keeps the same after certain use time.

This is metal version and seem very durable, I bought it for my iPad that is 285 mm ( 11”) and it is good . Wasn’t expensive and the shipping to Italy was very quick 7 days only .
