Return Window:

● Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Exclusions:
● Items marked as "delivered" by our shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered. We do not provide refunds for items that are marked as delivered.
● Items that are damaged or missing parts due to reasons not related to our handling or shipping.
